 Custom Lube Skid

Custom low profile lube skid with two (2) sixty (60) gallon oil product systems, an optional 120 lb grease system, Ingersol Rand gas engine driven air compressor.  Product and air hose reels mounted to the main base plate. Main base plate includes two 3 inch by 6 inch wide forklift channels		 Custom Lube Skid

Features three (3) sixty five (65) gallon oil product systems with one (1) 80 gallon waste oil evacuation system, Product systems feature Graco Fireball 300 series 5:1 ratio air operated product pumps, 1/2 x 50 foot product hose reels and an optional 3/4 x 50 foot evacuation hose reel mounted on the optional hose reel mount.  Hose reel mount features an easy to access evacuation system control valve		Standard LP-4-65 Lube Skid

Lube Pro series lube skids and combination fuel & lube skids are offered in both standard and custom designed configurations. Lube Pro lube skid systems feature air operated product pumps, air operated double diaphragm waste evacuation pumps, 65 gallon steel product tanks, individual pump air regulators for precise air control and product and evacuation hose reels.
 
Custom designed fuel & lube skids are configured and engineered to meet each customer’s specific needs. Fuel & lube skids are available with air operated product pump systems, diesel fuel systems, grease systems, water and anti-freeze systems. Air supply options include gas and diesel engine driven air compressors, air accessory systems and optional "all in one" air compressor/generator/hydraulic pump systems for hydraulic operated air compressors and hydraulic product pumps. Custom lube skids can be configured with enclosed hose reels and filter boxes, waste oil filter storage compartments, optional waste oil filter storage systems featuring a drain valve or plumbed into a waste evacuation system for easy waste oil collection and disposal. We will design and build custom enclosed lube skids to meet your needs for use in harsh weather environments. Standard and custom lube skids are available with Alemite product pumps and grease systems, Graco product pumps and grease systems and Lincoln product pump and grease systems.
